MOSCOW, August 26 (Sputnik) – The Russian Armed Forces struck three fuel tanks deployed for the Ukrainian armed forces and port infrastructure facilities used for unloading military cargo at the port of Izmail, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Wednesday.
