A man earlier arrested by Hong Kong national security police over a suspected terrorist plot was charged with four counts of making bomb hoax threats and remanded in custody by a court on Wednesday.
Zhang Kejia, who claimed to be self-employed, appeared before Kwun Tong Court for allegedly attempting to mislead police into believing that explosives were planted at Kai Tak Stadium and an unspecified central government office.
