MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Successful Russian operations in the city of Konstantinovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic have forced Kiev to evacuate personnel from key enterprises in the cities of Kramatorsk and Druzhkovka, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Sunday.
