Xpeng steps up ‘go global’ drive with Malaysian EV assembly hub for Southeast Asian market

Chinese electric vehicle (EV) maker Xpeng plans to establish a production base in Malaysia targeting Southeast Asian customers, in its latest move to expand overseas to improve profitability.
