MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Russia believes it is possible and necessary to prevent any armed confrontation between nuclear powers while the United States and NATO are risking such a conflict as they escalate hostilities in Ukraine, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said.
