Iraq, US Agree No Foreign Military Bases Will Operate in Middle Eastern State

BAGHDAD (Sputnik) – Baghdad and Washington have agreed during the third round of the Strategic Dialogue on the international coalition’s troop presence in Iraq that there will be no foreign military bases in the territory of the Middle Eastern country, National Security Adviser to the Iraqi Prime Minister Qassem Al-Araji said on Wednesday.
